Olympic Park - Day 3

Huge seaweed along the beach.




















Enormous driftwood lined the shore where the cliffs meet the beach. We had to climb over it all to get to the water. He found this "stick" to take to Daddy.

Olympic Park - Day 2

Rocco wanted to touch the deer. Of course his loud voice drove them away but we followed them for a long time.




















Dad made it through some steep, muddy trails!




















At the Hoh Rainforest.







































Hiking to Marymere Falls.





















He was scared to walk through the tunnel.













































































Hiked as far as we could go. Saw the bottom of the waterfall. The log bridge stopped Dad from going further.







































He found a bigger stick!














Lake Crescent

Olympic Park - Day 1

On the ferry from Seattle to Olympic Park.














Someone was excited to go on a big boat!




















We went for a little hike. Daddy helped look for bugs. We found a bunch of beetles, very exciting!




















Looking for animals.




















He found a good stick for poking plants, mushrooms, berries, and digging for bugs.




















Huge leaves everywhere.














Watching cartoons and talking on the phone (unplugged). He's so happy being in the room just hanging out.

Seattle - Day 2

Went on a little cruise and saw sea planes, different kinds of boats, neat bridges, and saw how the captain drives the boat.



























































Troll under the bridge. Rocco wanted to touch "the monster" until we got out of the car. "It's too scary!"





















































Eating dinner with our hands and a mallet, perfect for the little guy!














Rocco and Auntie M had a "monster fight" with crab legs!

Seattle - Pike's Place Market

Went to Pike's Place Market. Rocco was having a bit of a rough morning but he enjoyed watching big fish being tossed, yummy snacks, and especially his balloon sword.

First airplane ride!

He was so excited to go on an airplane! Rocco got a sticker badge from security and wings that he wore proudly.















Watching the guys load the luggage and all of the trucks outside were so exciting!















He took a nice long nap on the plane! Overall we had a really nice flight.
