Great-Grandpa George

Rocco can't get enough of his Great-Grandpa! Rocco always wants Grandpa George to hold him but this time he actually did hold him for a few minutes. Rocco's a bit too wiggly and heavy for him!

Drinking water

We went for Rocco's 6 moth checkup. He's 21 lbs. 13 oz. and 29 inches long. Still a big boy! Especially on the height chart. The doctor said he can drink some water in a sippy cup now. He figured out the sippy cup but hates the water coming out of it. Now he'll only drink out of a water bottle! He's so funny, can't do anything the way most kids do it!

Relaxing Sunday

We went to the Farmers Market to get some more organic fruits & veggies for Rocco. This time I got apples and he loved them! Then we went to a really cool dog park with Jayce, Alana, the twins, and Tyke. Punchy was pretty bad on the leash because she was so excited. Then we got to the park and she instantly has to roll over for all of the dogs. She's such a whimp! She had a really good time running around with all of them though.

Japanese New Year celebration

Grandma Jane made him a chan-chan coat (sp?). He needed something since he doesn't really look Japanese!

Vegas trip!

We went to Las Vegas for New Years. Rocco met cousin Brittany, Auntie Tri, and many other family members. Uncle Joe taught him how to play cards and won him a toy at the arcade. Rocco loved Vegas!

Happy New Year!

Everyone came up to our room at midnight because we had a view of the entire strip.  We watched the fireworks and brought in the new year together.  Rocco wasn't so sure about cameras flashing in his face in the middle of the night!

Jayce & Ava

Little Jayce & Ava came over. Punchy had to be right next to them the entire time. They are so cute!!!

First Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas. Rocco got so many gifts! Papa & Nana got him the little '55 Chevy to match Daddy's. Uncle G.J. got him Elmo which has been more entertaining for all of the adults. Cousin Vinnie visited and brought a Cal shirt for him. What a lucky boy!!!

Auntie Budge's new car

Yes, she got the car I really wanted. There isn't much room in it for the baby, all the gear, and a wheel chair so I'm glad she has it to let me drive once in a while ;) Congrats Budge!!!

Sunday morning football

Meaghan, Krista, and Sean came over to watch the football game. Chargers vs. Chiefs so Sean had to come over to mess with Rocky. Rocco loved all of the attention and Punchy fell in love with Meaghan! Meaghan, she misses you!!!

Punchy is ready for Christmas

I put a few presents under the tree today. When I got back from the store one of them had been opened. Hmmm...who could have done that?! Thank you Auntie Gum for the adorable cowboy boots for Rocco!

Birthday Brunch

Nicole was so sweet to get a few girls together for brunch to celebrate my birthday. We are definitely getting old, look at all the babies!

Audrey's Birthday Party

Cousin Audrey's 1st birthday party. The theme was "Breakfast at Audrey's" so Domenica and I made a cake to look like a Tiffany's box. Audrey enjoyed eating it!

Yes, I know it's difficult to get a baby and a dog to sit there and look cute at the same time. I had to try though. It didn't work out but we got some funny pictures. I like the close up, they both look like they've just been busted for something!

Meeting Uncle Joey!

We went to Aunt Frannie & Aunt Debbie's coffee shop, the Country Farm House. Rocco likes Francesca! He also met Great Uncle Joey who showed us how to give him a "horsie ride."

Mommy is old!

Rocco was sick for the first time and it happened to be on Mommy's 30th birthday. So we went to Bachi's house for dinner. He wasn't so sure about those candles.

Finally couches!

We've been in our house for nearly 2 years and we just got couches for the living room!!! It's quite exciting. Where is my big protector dog when the delivery guys are at the door... I miss Chopper.
